Mohamed Foda, an IFBB Pro from Egypt, is a rising star in bodybuilding. He turned professional in 2018 after an impressive victory in the 212 category at the Lebanon show, quickly gaining attention as “The Next Big Thing” in bodybuilding.
TRAINING
Initially skeptical of the FST-7 approach, Mohamed quickly saw significant improvements in his physique, particularly in his back, chest, and hamstrings. Now a strong advocate of the method, he recommends it to other athletes for long-lasting results.
