CAREER & ACHIEVEMENTS
Diogo Montenegro, a Brazilian IFBB Pro athlete and entrepreneur, began his bodybuilding journey at 14, inspired by legends like Frank Zane and Arnold Schwarzenegger. He earned his Pro Card in 2014 and has since accumulated eight IFBB Pro titles, including the Arnold Classic Brazil 2021. He placed third at the Men’s Physique Olympia for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022), and in 2024 won the Arnold Classic in the Men’s Physique category. He is also founder, CEO, and head coach of TEAMMONT.
TRAINING
Diogo places a strong emphasis on biomechanics and mind-muscle connection during workouts. During the off-season, he focuses on heavy weights to build muscle mass, while in the pre-contest phase, he shifts to lighter weights with higher repetitions.
