CAREER & ACHIEVEMENTS
Yarishna Ayala began her career as a professional dancer before transforming into a globally recognized IFBB Pro athlete. She earned her Pro Card at the NPC Junior Nationals in Chicago, competed at the Pittsburgh Pro and New York Pro, and transitioned from Bikini to the Wellness category once it was introduced at the pro level.
TRAINING
Yarishna is a coach herself (notably coaching singer Karol G) and founder of @fitfluencer.app. She trains six days a week, balancing resistance workouts with cardio, with a strong focus on form, aesthetics, and functional strength from her ballerina roots.
