Lauralie Chapados is an IFBB Bikini Pro from Canada (and fitness model) who made history by winning Ms. Bikini Olympia 2024. After rising quickly through the ranks in 2018, she cemented her place among the best in the world with 12 Pro wins and top-tier finishes at the Olympia and Arnold Classic (3-time undisputed Arnold Classic Champion).
TRAINING
Lauralie believes in long-term sustainability, prioritizing health and balance in her off-season as much as her peak competition phases. Each day she isolates a different muscle group, training from different angles for better muscle fiber engagement.
